Refund & Return
Order Approval
- Order will be accepted on bases of physical available inventory.
- The www.baked.pk online products are available for domestic use only.
- To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items per order.
Minimum Order Value
- Order Value means the value of the products in your basket when you confirm your order.
- Minimum Order Value means Rs. 500
Delivery
- Delivery will be made to the address specified by Baked.pk or any 3P on the completed order form.
- We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. At your request, our driver may carry your order into the delivery address, for example, to a particular floor in an apartment block or into your kitchen but only if: – the driver has your permission, and – our driver believes that it is safe and practical to do as you request.
- We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address.
- Please note that we deliver orders only to specified regions within Lahore specified by Baked.pk.
- Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
- All items will be delivered at the doorstep (Ground Floor).
- Baked.pk Online reserves the right to refuse service of any product to or from any location.
- Baked.pk shall not be liable for any interruption/delay of delivery due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to: the unavailability, loss of goods in transit, refusal of a person to accept delivery or/and force majeure.
- Baked.pk reserves the right to cancel any order for customers, subject to the availability, confirmations or any other issue as deemed fit by the company.
Prices & GST
- All the prices of items available on the website are exclusive of any tax and shall be liable to be tax as per law.
- If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we will attempt to deliver substitute lines should selected lines be unavailable unless you request us not to do so.
- Although we will always try to cater for your orders, an order of large quantities of a line can only be fulfilled at the discretion of the store. For example, if you were to make an order of 7 sandwiches which would use up all that store's stock, the store may only deliver 3 sandwiches.
- Baked.pk reserves the right to cancel any order for customers, subject to the availability, confirmations or any other issue as deemed fit by the company.
Returns & Refunds
- At the time of delivery, you are requested to check your order thoroughly. In case you find the products not fresh and up to the mark you may return the product to our delivery guy.
- Please be aware that some products have different return time limits and exceptions. We do not refund certain products due to health and hygiene reasons (such as Fresh, Custom Made, Frozen products and items specifically prepared for order such as croissants, coffee etc. personalized items).
When you return goods
- You can return items or change of mind goods to the delivery rider immediately, or call us on +92-304-1112533.
- When you return the goods to us, please also let us have any tags, labels and any accessories.
- You will need to take reasonable care of item(s) whilst they are in your possession (reasonable care includes inspecting an item, but would not extend to your opening and/or using it).
- If you damage items whilst they are in your possession, there may be a deduction from your refund.
Receiving your refund
- If you've handed the item(s) back to the delivery driver we'll deduct the amount for the return and the rest will be paid in cash.
- If you return it to a store, you can choose either a refund or an exchange within 3 days.
- If you want to get the payment returned into your account, the standard bank procedure of refund applies of 14 to 21 working days.
- Our complaint resolution time is within 5 working days. This may vary depending on the nature of the complaint and solving the complaint.
- Baked.pk shall not be liable for any cash loss in terms of extra payment given to the riders for change or any other reason.
Cancellation
- You can cancel or change any of your current orders when you get the confirmation call from our call centre or by calling our call centre within 15 minutes of order placed.
- Once the order has been confirmed the order will be picked and delivered to you ASAP.

- Please note that orders cannot be edited or cancelled by email.
Payment
- You can pay by any legal tender at the time of delivery of your order.
- Mode of payment can be selected while placing your order on website www.baked.pk
General
- These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan and any disputes will be decided only by the Pakistani courts.
- If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- baked.pk follows stringent policies for spamming, wrong address, invalid address etc and reserves the right to take policy measures where required.
- We reserve the right to cancel/invalidate any order without prior notice.
